I’ll review your details and be in touch with an in-depth questionnaire where you can tell us a little more about your wedding, your vision, and the pieces you’re dreaming about. Whether you’re looking for a complete stationery experience or custom day-of signage and details, this gives us everything we need to understand your style, priorities, and overall investment.

02. Your Custom Proposal

Once we’ve reviewed your questionnaire responses, we’ll create a personalized proposal based on your vision and needs. Your proposal will outline recommended pieces, services, and estimated investment so you can choose the details that make the most sense for your celebration.

03. Make It Official

Ready to move forward? A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date on our design calendar. From there, we’ll gather the final details, inspiration, wording, and information needed to begin creating.

04. Design + Refine

This is where your vision starts to come to life. We’ll develop a custom design direction that considers your wedding aesthetic as a whole—from typography and color to materials, shapes, textures, and finishing details. You’ll receive digital proofs and have the opportunity to provide feedback through our revision process until everything feels just right.

05. Production + Fabrication

Once your designs are approved, we take it from screen to celebration. Your pieces move into production, where your stationery, signage, and custom details are printed, fabricated, assembled, and finished with care.

06. The Final Details

As your wedding approaches, we’ll finalize guest-specific details, quantities, seating assignments, menus, and any other last pieces needed for production. We’ll coordinate delivery, pickup, shipping, or installation based on the services included in your proposal.

07. Wedding Day

It all comes together! For weddings that include installation services, we’ll deliver and install your signage and displays so they’re ready before your guests arrive. From your welcome sign and seating chart to the menus, place cards, bar details, and personalized touches throughout your celebration, every element is designed to feel like part of one beautifully cohesive story.
